Each residence has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a united kitchen - sitting-room space together with a loft with of single or double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped as you will find toaster, coffeemaker, boiler, microwave oven as well as hairdryer, electric iron and ironing board so as all of your little daily needs to be totally covered.

All Spedion Villa spaces are air-conditioned and have a TV and DVD set while the continuous hot water supply and screens in all of the windows and balcony doors guarantee for your comfortable daily life during your vacations.

Every residence has an autonomous balcony with table and chairs where you can relax after your morning swim or under the summer stars in the evening.

Next to Spedion Villa there is easy and spacious parking while in our large garden you can find fitness equipment and an organized playground for our little friends! Pets are absolutely welcome in Spedion Villa.
